Privacy

Last updated 10 October 2026

Everything you draw, every photo of a template, and every font you make stays on your device. None of it is sent anywhere. There are no accounts, no cookies and no adverts.

What stays on your device

• Your drawings and settings are saved in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB), so you can close the tab and carry on later. To delete them, use Start a new font in the studio's More menu. Safari also clears them after 7 days without a visit, which is why the Export tab lets you save a project file.
• Photos of templates are read in your browser and never uploaded. Only the letters found in them are kept.
• Fonts are built in your browser. Downloading one saves it straight from the page.
• Your light or dark choice is remembered in your browser's local storage.

What the site measures

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or any other way to recognise you between visits. It records the page visited, the referring site, and your browser, device type and country, all as totals. It never sees what you draw.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles the requests your browser makes to load the site, including your IP address, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
