Handwriting Font Maker is free to use. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your fonts are yours

The handwriting you draw and the fonts you make from it belong to you. Use them however you like: for yourself, in your work, in things you sell, or shared with others. You don't need to credit this site.

Only your own handwriting, or with permission

Make fonts from your own handwriting, or from someone else's with their permission. Don't use the site to imitate someone's handwriting to deceive people, for example to forge a signature or a document.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. It's built carefully and tested, but it can't promise that every font will work in every app, or that your saved work will survive your browser clearing its storage. Save a project file to keep a copy. As far as the law allows, the site isn't liable for any loss that comes from using it or the fonts it makes.

Changes

These terms may change as the site does. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
